0.45mm Black Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric Thermal Insulation Materials

 

Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is made of alkali-free E-glass fiberglass yarns which is coated with 40g/m2 black silicone on its single side. The glass yarns woven into the basic fabric is in a filament diameter of 9 µm. This rubber coating fiberglass fabric is flexible, tear resistant and thermal insulation. Coated fiberglass fabric combines the high strength of fiber glass cloth and abrasion resistance of silicone coating, which makes the silicoen coated fiberglass cloth with dimension stablity, high strength, electrical insulation and chemical insulation.

 

The base cloth 3732 can resist high temperature below 550℃. And the silicone coating can withstand below 260 degree Celsius. And base on the features of silicone coating and base fiberglass cloth, this silicone coated fiberglass cloth are mainly used for thermal insulation and electrical insulation. It can be used for producing fire blankets/curtains, thermal insulation gloves, fabric duct connection, expansion joints, thermal insulation exhaust jackets for pump/generator and other fire fighting equipments.
