1200℃ Red Silicone Coated High Silica Fabric For Thermal Insulation Materials

 
This high silica cloth is produced from fiber glass cloth which with silica calcination post treatment. Silica cloth is an inorganic fiber glass fabric with large content of SiO2(≥ 96%). And the red silicone/rubber coated fiber glass cloth own the properties of abrasion resistant silicone coating and very high temperature resistant high silica cloth. This silicone coated high silica cloth is fire resistant, high tensile strength, chemical resistant and electrical insulation. The basic silica cloth is able to withstand a high temperature of 1200℃. And the red silicone coating can resist heat from 260 to 300℃. 

Based on its high temperature and strength properties, application of this silicone coated fiberglass fabric usually is removable thermal insulation jacket for pump/pipe/valve, weld metal spatter blanket, fire blanket and expansion joints.

The uncoated basic high silica cloth is weighed at 120g/m2. And total weight of silicone coated fiberglass fabric is 1300g/m2(100g red silicone on single side). Then total thickness is 1.4mm. Its weave type is 12H satin weave.
