1150g 1.2mm Brown Silica Fabric 800℃ Kiln Heat Insulation Fiberglass Cloth

800℃ 1150g/m2 Silica fabric is made of fiber glass woven fabric treated with acid and calcination. These post treatments make it be with higher SiO2 content and better heat resistance. SiO2 contents of this silica cloth is 80 to 90%. We also produce high silica fabric with better fire resistance which SiO2 content is more than 96%. 

With the ability to resist instantaneous temperature of 1200℃, this silica fabric is able to withstand heat below 800℃ continuously. It is 1.2mm and 1150g/m2, woven in satin weave (also called cross twill or break twill). Width is 91.44cm.

Except heat insulation and fireproofing, this Silica fabric also has high tensile strength, oil resistant, stable dimension and chemical resistance. It is widely used in many industrial fields, such as fire/welding blanket, heat sealing and thermal insulation application.
