1200℃ Fiberglass Cloth Fire Blanket 1.3mm 1200g Brown High Silica Fabric
High silica fabric is a high temperature fire blanket material which is made of fiberglass fabric treated with acid and calcination. Post treatment makes this fabric with higher SiO2 content, higher density and better fire heat resistance property. This brown silica cloth has SiO2 content over 96%. Softening point is very close to 1700℃, can withstand heat at temperature below 1200℃ continuously( heating day after day). Weight of this brown high silica fabric is 1200gsm, thickness is 1.3mm. Satin weave type is also called cross twill or break twill. Widths are 91.44cm or 100cm.
High silica fabric is a durable, tear resistan, oil resistant, heat resistant material with stable physical and chemical properties. It is widely used for engineering heat insulation applications such as fire blanket, welding protection and thermal insulation sealing application.
