20mm E-glass Fiberglass Needle Mat For Sound / Thermal Insulation

 

 

Fiberglass needle mat is non-woven fiberglass material for thermal insulation. It is made of alkali-free alumina borosilicate fiberglass yarns with a filament of 6 to 13 µm diameter which is cut into 3cm to 10cm length fibers without any bonding agent. Then it will be continuously needled by thousands of special needles. Fiberglass mat is environment-friendly, recyclable and incombustible. 

 

Density of needle mat can be 100-300kg/m3.We produce the glass fiber mat in thickness 3mm-25mm. Max width is 240cm, so 100cm, 120cm, 240cm are very common widths and it can be more economical and shorter delivery time. Temperature of e-glass fiberglass needle mat is below 800℃(1472℉).
