Fiberglass needled mat is produced by bonding glass fibers via mechanical needling. Chopping in 3cm-8cm fiber by guillotine machine. And then puffed, carded and continuously needled by thousands special needles. It is manufactured from a well-controlled assortment of long textile glass fibers to ensure mechanical bonding with no additional binders. The resulting product has excellent insulation efficiency for extended exposure at high temperatures. Also good for sound insulation and filtration applications, also can be used for wadding materials, moto mufflers, gun mufflers and elevator sound insulation materials.
Density of this needle mat is 100-300kg/m3. Available thickness is 3mm-30mm. Width is 240cm max. 100cm, 120cm, 240cm are more common so it will be less delivery time. This e-glass fiberglass needle mat can withstand temperature below 800℃(1472℉).

1. Heat Resistance and Specification
It can resist high temperature of 700, 850 and 1000 and be cut into different thickness (3mm~100mm) according to the requirements of customers.

The main element of glass fiber is silicide (over 50%) which is noncombustible and will not deform or embrittle even under high temperature for 3 consecutive hours.
3. Good Sound Insulation
When the sound wave enters the glass fiber cotton, its energy will be absorbed by the cotton due to the friction between fibers and different sizes of air pockets. Generally speaking, the sound absorbing coefficient of the glass fiber cotton is higher than 90%. Therefore, it is a good material for preventing the interference of noise.
Glass fiber can resist corrosion of strong acid and alkali. Its functions will not be diminished after long-term use.
