This set of BBQ grill mat is made of 350g/m2 teflon coated fiberglas fabric. PTFE coated glass fiber fabric has excellent non-stick properties. Standard grade contains an excellent balance of substrate weave, finish and coating.
PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabrics offer outstanding non-stick performance, high temperature, chemical and fire resistance as well as excellent electrical properties, and they have been used in a wide range of industrial applications. It also has excellent dimensional stability.

Dimensional Stability: PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics will not stretch or shrink. Nominal elongation break is 3-4 percent. The average linear thermal expansion coefficient of "E" glass is 5.4 by 10.6 cm/cm/℃.
Good Thermal Properties: Serve temperature of the base cloth glass fiber can be 550℃, PTFE coating can be 260℃. Fiberglass fabrics have a low coefficient of thermal expansion and relatively high thermal conductivity. Glass fabrics will dissipate heat more rapidly than asbestos or organic fibers.
