Material of this grill mat is 250g/m2 brown PTFE coated fiberglass cloth. Fiberglass material is high strength and heat resistant fabric. Most impotant feature of it is non-toxic. The brown PTFE coating is totally food grade, eco friendly and safe to contact food. You can use this mat for BBQ and cooking, it also can be used to heat food.
Except for baking, when you do with gourmet and pastry making, Macarons baking, cookies baking and bun baking, this oven liner will be a good choice to help your work. Because it is non stick, great for doing with sticky things like gooey dough and caramel because nothing will stick on the surface of the pan liner. It is also easy to clean after baking, you can wash it by water easily. Please roll it up and place it in a box or other containers after cleaning it.
PTFE coating can be used under the temperature of -70℃--260℃. Therefore, It is totally safe to use this grill mat in microwave and oven. Common thickness of this mat we produce is 0.12mm and 0.2mm. This style is 40x33cm size. It is very common used size in American and European market.

This is possibly the biggest difference in characteristics and quality when comparing BBQ grill mats. The thickness is directly related to the amount and type of non-stick layers. Some grill mats are literally paper thin. This is never a good idea.
The PTFE sheet needs to be thick enough to both gather and dissipate heat at the same time. Heat always rises so if the mat is too thick, it won’t heat evenly across the entire grill mat surface before it begins to release the heat. This will result in an uneven cooking surface, which means it will produce unpredictable cooking results. If the grill mat is too thin, it will gather heat too rapidly and will very likely burn through.
