133kg/m3 1200℃ High Silica Fiberglass Mat For Industrial Roof Heat Insulation
High silica fiber glass needle mat is made of alumina borosilicate glass fibers. During its production, fiberglass filaments are cut into 3cm to 10cm length, then these cut fibers will be punched by thousands of needles to be a blanket. There is no bonding agent in this blanket.
Based on its production, this 3mm to 25mm fiberglass mat has high porosity. Because it is fire resistant as well, so this blanket is always used for industrial high temperature filtration, thermal insulation materials and car gun silencer muffler. Another main usage of this fiberglass needle mat is for building roof heat insulation. This material is eco-friendly and recyclable. And its filament diameter is bigger than 9μm so that won't be breath into human body (based on our workers' annual health check, no glass fibers in lungs).
