800℃ E Glass Fiberglass Needle Mat With Aluminium Foil For Heat Insulation
Fiberglass needle mat is made of fiber glass filament which is in 9µm diameters. These fiber filaments will be cut into 3cm-10cm length, then these fibers are put on the ground and be punched by thousands of needles to conbine into fiberglass blanket. There is no bonding agents. This fiberglass needle mat owns properties like high porosity, high air permeability, sound absorption and thermal insulation. Besides, this fiber glass mat materials are eco-friendly and recyclable, it can be cut into fibers and needle into blanket again.
Density of this fiberglass needle mat is 100-140kg/m3. The according thickness are 3mm-25mm. Max width is 240cm. If it is agent, delivery time will be faster if you accept common width: 100cm, 120cm, 240cm. This needle mat is able to withstand heat from -50 to 800℃ continuously.
