25mm 1100℃ High Silica Fiberglass Needle Mat For Industrial Heat Insulation
High silica fiberglass needle mat is fire resistant, heat insulation material which is made of alumina borosilicate glass fibers. The fiberglass filaments are cut into 3cm - 10cm length, then they will be punched by thousands of needles to form a fiber glass insulation blanket without bonding agent.
High silica fiberglass needle mat is able to meet the requirements which e-glass fiberglass needle mats can't work. High silica needle mat can withstand heat below 1100℃ continuously, it can resist heat up to 1300℃ instantaneously.
High silica needle mat has properties like high porosity, sound insulation and anti chemical agents. Besides, high silica fiberglass needle mat is eco-friendly, this needle mat is recyclable. The needle mat can be cut into fibers and be punched into fiberglass mat again.
Fiberglass material, which filament diameter smaller than 9μm, won't be breath into human body. Based on our workers' annual health check, there is no glass fibers in their lungs.
