High Silica Fiberglass Needle Mat For Thermal Insulation Jacket 120KG / M3 20MM
High silica needle mat is high temperature resistant material. It is made of alumina borosilicate glass fibers filament: filaments are cut into 3cm - 10cm length, then they will be punched by thousands of needles to be a fiber glass insulation blanket. There is no bonding agent.
High silica fiberglass needle mat is developed when e-glass fiberglass needle mats can't meet the requirements. High silica needle mat can resist 1100℃ continuously, it can resist heat up to 1300℃.
High silica needle mat has a lot of features such as high porosity, sound insulation and anti chemical agents. What's more, fiberglass materials are eco-friendly, so this needle mat can be recyclable. The needle mat can be cut into fibers and punched into a new needle mat again.
Fiberglass materials(≥9μm) won't be breath into lungs based on our workers' annual health check.
