20mm High Silica Fiberglass Needle Mat For Muffler And Heat Insulation
High silica needle mat is a high temperature resistant material which is made of alumina borosilicate glass fibers filament. These filaments are cut into 3cm - 10cm length, then they are punched by thousands of needles to form a fiberglass insulation blanket without bonding agent.
Fiberglass high silica needle mat is developed when and where common e-glass fiberglass needle mats meet their limits. When need higher tempreature resistant needs, high silica needle mat is able to withstand 1100℃ continuously without weight loss and melting. And it can resist heat up to 1300℃.
High silica needle mat is with high porosity, sound insulation and anti chemical agents features. Besides, fiber glass materials are eco-friendly material, eapecially this needle mat which is recyclable, after long time using, it still can be cut into fibers and punched into a new needle mat. Fiberglass materials(≥9μm) won't be breath into lungs based on our workers' annual health check.
