High Temperature Resistance E Glass Needle Mat High Silica 1100℃ Fire Resistance
Fiberglass high silica needle mat is a high temperature resistance fiberglass material made of alumina borosilicate glass fibers filament in 9µm diameters. Then these filaments will be cut into 3cm to 10cm length each and they will be needled by thousands of needles to form a fiber glass mat but without any bonding agents.
High silica needle mat starts when and where common e-glass fiberglass needle mats meet their limits. Silica needle mat is designed to be applied in high temperature surroundings of 1100℃ continuous heat. And it can withstand temperature peaks up to 1300℃.
Silica needle mat has low thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance so that it is excellent high temperature insulaton material. It can be used over long periods in high temperature work place without weight loss and melting. Silica needle mat can resist a temperatures of 1100ºC and even up to 1300ºC for a short period.
Silica needle mat has high porosity, enhanced tensile strength, sound insulation and chemical resistance features. What's more, fiberglass mateirals are eco-friendly. It can be recyclable after using.
