Surfboard Fiberglass Cloth 4OZ E-glass 120GSM Durable Tear Resistant Fabric

 
E-glass fiberglass cloth is a economical woven fabric for surfboard laminating. Common used specification is 4oz 27", 6oz 39" and 8oz 39". 4oz is the most thin and light weight fabric among the surfboard used fabric series. It is woven by G150 1/2 e-glass yarns in plain weave. 4oz 125gsm fiber glass fabric is durable but flexible, it is easy to fabricate and process. Also high strength e-glass fabric is able to withstand heat below 550℃. This 4oz fiberglass cloth can remain the surfboard in a low weight but improve its trength.
 
During fiberglass fabric glassing, builders typically use 3 layers of e-glass fiber cloth on the board deck: two on the top and one on the bottom. 4oz cloth is mainly used for shortboard laminating so that its standard width is 70cm (27.5 inches). Roll length of these surfboard fiberglass fabric is 100 meters.
