Welding Protection PU Coated Fiberglass Fabric 530g 550 Degree C Fire Blanket

0.45mm PU coated fiberglass fabric is made of basic cloth, 430g/m2 e-glass fiberglass fabric woven in break twill (cross twill) weave type. Then this basic cloth is coated with 50g/m2 yellow PU on each side. So total weight of the coated fabric is 530g, 15.6oz/yd2. Fiberglass fabric is a woven high strength fabric with great fire resistance and thermal insulation. It also has durability, anti chemical alkali and acid agents, tear resistance and anti corrosion features. Fiberglass cloth is able to withstand heat from -50 to 550℃ continuously. And yellow PU can be used below 260℃. What's more, this PU coated fiberglass cloth is electrical insulation and it is able to resist heat up to 1100℃ instantaneously. So it is mainly used to produce molten metal splash protection - welding and fire blanket.
