1100℃ 20mm E Glass High Silica Fiberglass Needle Mat For Industrial Filtration
 

High silica fiberglass needle mat is made from 9µm alumina borosilicate glass fibers filament. These filaments will be cut into 3cm to 10cm length, then they will be punched by thousands of needles into a fiberglass needle mat without bonding agent.
 
High silica fiberglass needle mat is developed when and where e-glass fiberglass needle mats meet their limits. High silica needle mat is designed to withstand 1100℃ continuously without weight loss and melting. And it is able resist heat peaks up to 1300℃.
 

High silica needle mat has properties such as high porosity, high tensile strength, sound insulation and anti chemical agents. Besides, fiber glass is an eco-friendly material which can be recyclable after using.
